Kingdom Kredit uses artificial intelligence to help you understand credit information. This page explains, in plain language, what our AI does, what it will never do, and what you should expect.

What the AI Does

• Reads credit report text you choose to submit and organizes it into a plain-language summary.
• Flags items that may be potential inaccuracies or inconsistencies that may warrant review — for example, mismatched dates, duplicate entries, or balances that don't line up across bureaus.
• Explains credit concepts and drafts document text for your review.

What the AI Will Never Do

• It will never guarantee an outcome — no promised deletions, score increases, or approvals.
• It will never tell you to dispute information that is accurate. Disputing accurate information is improper, and submitting false statements to a credit bureau or creditor can violate federal law.
• It will never send anything on your behalf automatically. Every AI-drafted document requires your (or your authorized professional's) review and approval before any use.
• It does not provide legal advice and is not an attorney. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

Accuracy and Limitations

• AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is a starting point for understanding, not a conclusion.
• The AI only sees the text you provide; a poor-quality report copy can produce poor-quality analysis.
• Findings are labeled as "potential" issues precisely because only you — and the credit bureaus' statutory investigation process — can determine what is actually inaccurate.

Transparency and Logging

• AI-generated content is labeled in the interface and shown with disclaimers.
• AI reviews are recorded in your account history and in the platform's audit log, so there is always a record of what the AI produced and when.
• Your report text is processed to produce your results and is not used to train third-party models by us.
