1. What Kingdom Kredit Is (and Is Not)

Kingdom Kredit is a software platform providing credit education, financial wellness tools, document organization, AI-assisted informational reviews of credit reports, and client management workflows ("the Service"). The Service is operated from the State of Florida.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Accounts are created by invitation. You may deactivate your account or request removal of your personal information at any time from the Account & Privacy page.

3. Educational Purpose; Your Review Is Required

• All AI-assisted output — including report reviews and draft correspondence — is informational and educational only.
• No AI-generated document is sent anywhere automatically. You (or your authorized professional) must review and approve any document before it is used.
• You agree to submit only truthful, accurate information. You will not use the Service to dispute information you know to be accurate, or to make false statements to any credit bureau, creditor, or other party.

4. Your Rights Under Federal Law

You can dispute inaccurate information in your credit reports directly with the credit bureaus at no charge, without using this Service or any paid service. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be removed from your credit file. No one can lawfully create a new credit identity for you. If you work with any credit repair organization, you have rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.), including the right to a written contract, a 3-business-day cancellation right, and protection from advance fees.

5. Professional Users

Businesses and professionals who use the Service to manage clients are solely responsible for their own compliance with all laws applicable to their activities, including CROA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act (Fla. Stat. § 817.7001 et seq.), and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. The Service is a tool; it does not make its users compliant.

6. Fees

Fees, if any, are stated at the time of purchase or in a separate written service agreement. Nothing in these Terms permits charging consumers in advance for credit repair services where prohibited by law.

7. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity, including identity fraud or falsifying documents.
• No attempts to breach security, access other tenants' data, or misuse the AI features.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it. Sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest, access is role-restricted, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Kredit disclaims all warranties, and its total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights under CROA, which cannot be waived.

10. Governing Law; Changes; Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date; material changes will require renewed acceptance. Questions: hello@creditos.app.
